
During the Level 4 period we will be open for business as an essential service able to assist with the safe distribution of gas and water.
We will have staff working from home who are able to assist you over the phone with your inquiries or support needs on anything we offer.
We will also have staff who are able to attend in person to emergency jobs such as gas leaks, no hot water or burst pipes. Issues with home heating will be assessed on a case by case basis as to whether it meets an evolving criteria of 'emergency'.
Our staff who visit your home will be taking additional precautions to ensure we all do our bit in New Zealand's hour of need - with our 'Minimal contact and minimal stress call-outs'
We will work with you to ensure that no physical contact is made, unnecessary people are not present in the work area and that any necessary people remain a sensible distance away
We will request permission to use any outside taps to wash our hands before and after our visit
We will offer you a smile instead of a handshake
We will sanitize all the fixtures we touch or install before leaving
We will not leave anything onsite such as business cards
We will be charging our normal hourly rates with no surcharges
We will continue to support our customers and employees through this difficult period.
